Returns
Return Policy
We accept return or exchange requests made within 2 days of delivery. Products must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and verification. Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar promotional offers are eligible for refunds to the Ranivaa Wallet only.
Ranivaa reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. This policy applies to purchases made through the Ranivaa website. Any shipping charges paid when placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.
If a customer claims to have returned multiple products but the reverse pickup does not include all those items, Ranivaa may deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund.
Refund Policy
When you request a return, the refund will be initiated after the product is received at our warehouse and inspected. All refunds will be processed strictly at the purchase price shown on the original invoice. Current product prices or later price changes will not be considered when calculating the refund.
Replacement & Exchange
You may request a replacement or exchange subject to the same conditions that apply to returns. The replacement will be shipped only after the original item has been picked up or delivered back to us.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact Ranivaa Customer Support at hello.ranivaa@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the process. After the reverse pickup is booked, please remain available and answer calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or calls are unanswered, the delivery partner may cancel the pickup and the return process will need to be initiated again.
Most PIN codes may support both delivery and reverse pickup. In rare cases, a PIN code may support delivery but not reverse pickup. In such cases, we may ask you to return the product using an alternate courier service such as India Post and reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs up to Rs. 70.
If return-shipping charges exceed Rs. 70, the amount above Rs. 70, including applicable duties, taxes or fees, will be adjusted against the refund. For non-serviceable PIN codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 70 toward shipping charges with the refund.
If you receive an empty parcel or an item is missing from your parcel, contact hello.ranivaa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. A clear 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel will be required to review the request. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of package tampering may result in the claim not being accepted. Ranivaa reserves the right to make the final decision after reviewing the available evidence.
