How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, Ranivaa will send the tracking details through WhatsApp, email and SMS using the contact information provided with your order. You can use the tracking link to view the latest courier status and estimated delivery.

I didn’t like the product. How can I return my order?

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery if the jewellery is unused, unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging. Email hello.ranivaa@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Our support team will guide you through the reverse-pickup or return process. The refund is initiated after the returned item reaches our facility and passes inspection.

How much time does it take to deliver the order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. The final delivery time depends on your location, pin-code serviceability and the courier partner. After dispatch, the tracking link will show the latest estimated delivery date.

What is your No Questions Asked return policy?

Ranivaa offers a 2-day return policy for unused and unworn jewellery. You do not need to provide a reason for changing your mind, but the returned item must be complete, unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed at the original purchase price after inspection. Any shipping charge paid while placing the order is non-refundable. Missing or damaged return items may be deducted from the refund.

Materials, dimensions, care guidance, price and availability will be shown on each product page when confirmed.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email hello.ranivaa@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to help before the order is processed or shipped. Once processing or dispatch has begun, a change or cancellation may not be possible.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Follow the care instructions on the individual product page. Unless a product specifically states otherwise, keep jewellery away from perfume, harsh chemicals and prolonged moisture, and store it separately in a dry place.
