This Privacy Policy explains how Ranivaa, operated by TejVajra Tech Solution (“Ranivaa”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit our online store, contact us or purchase from us (the “Site”). Ranivaa currently operates online and does not have a physical retail store.

Personal information we collect

Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:

Device and usage information: browser type, IP address, device information, time zone, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, referring pages or search terms, and interactions with the Site.
Order information: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, products ordered, order value and transaction status.
Payment information: payment details are processed securely by our payment-gateway provider and Shopify. Ranivaa does not store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or similar payment credentials.
Communication and marketing information: messages sent to us, customer-support history, newsletter choices and interactions with communications sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp or similar channels.

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you place an order, create or use an account, contact us, subscribe to updates or otherwise submit information. We also collect certain information automatically through Shopify and technologies such as cookies, log files, tags, pixels and similar tools. Meta Pixel may collect information about visits and actions on the Site for advertising measurement and audience purposes, subject to your settings and applicable law.

How we use your personal information

We may use personal information to:

process payments, fulfil orders and arrange delivery;
send invoices, order confirmations, shipping updates and service messages;

Shopify, which powers the online store;

We may use Meta Pixel information to measure campaigns and provide more relevant advertising. You can manage advertising preferences through your Meta account settings and control cookies through your browser or available Site controls. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or contact us at the email below. Transactional communications about an order or account may still be sent when necessary.
