Refunds are subject to the conditions in our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations policy.

Refund Processing

After the returned product reaches our warehouse, Ranivaa will inspect it before initiating the refund. Refunds are processed strictly at the purchase price shown on the original invoice. Current product prices or later price changes will not be used when calculating the refund.

Any shipping charges paid when placing the original order are non-refundable in case of returns. Return-shipping adjustments described in our returns policy may also apply.
